A lot happened since last post, Firstly I got a job today!!! Having this stress off my shoulders really made me realise how much I like being in Brussels. I went to a cafe to write and met a girl there that knew me from a year ago and we got to talking, very cosy. Then i went to my job interview and then helped lennert for a while in t&c. While there the girl from earlier texted me asking if i wanted to go for a drink. So we did and met at ‘la flaque’, a nice winebar. It was really nice and interesting conversations, thoroughly enjoyed. In the past week (2 weeks?) i also gave my first lecture performance at a booklaunch. It went super super well and many people really loved it. This made me super happy and introduced me to a bunch of new people. I also got to know a baroness through lennert and maartje and was invited by her to join the expo and then cooked up another plan with lennert for an expo in the same place but earlier. Lennert also invited me to collaborate on an exhibition he is partaking in end of october. Lots of stuff!!

Last week I also went to visit sari and patrick in Oostende, fun times, especially with neema and amos. This week I also hung out with an australian girl that does crazy stuff.

And also discovered a place called ‘cassonade’ where a lot of my/our social circle goes for lunch. We went there multiple times and encountered a bunch of people each time. Also worked heavily in t&c this week. Really good times to be honest. I am quite happy here and meeting a lot of people spontaneously. Very organic compared to Berlin.
