I woke up with Flore and before noon we did a walk in the forest close to my house. Then we departed in the train and I delivered my cv in some places for a job. Afterwards I went to Brussels to go to maison des arts, there is a problem with the beamer in my installation. When I entered there were MANY people. This really suprised me, there were two classes of young girls with the guides. When I stepped in they exclaimed ‘ah here is the artist’. They asked me to talk for a bit and I did so and they were really engaged. They posed some genuinly interested questions and one girl started following me on instagram. It was really wholesome. For my installation I will have to make a new box with a button on it so that you can press it yourself when it overheated and the beamer stops working. Afterwards I went to the cafe next to maison and there I drew and wrote a bit. I also got to talking with a Danish girl called Frida. She is an exchange student in Brussels and she was not having an easy time. She had a lot to say and she said it with some force. At the same time it felt like she was in a period of heavy change and transition. It was nice meeting her. I went to Mark and saw his new appartment. He has had a really intense time emotionally and in a sense arrived at a different stage of his life now. We went to a confusing puppet show performance where we met up with Seba who came back from india last week and also saw Simon and his kids & wife. It was funny and he also told me about the process of the jury in artcontest. Afterwards we went to drink some tea and met up with Magda and Leon. It was a good time :). On the way home I called with shino as I have done a lot in the past days.
