Today I spent most of the morning/noon subtitling the videowork that I will show tomorrow at the presentation. Went to he store, kind of half meditated and showered before going to a ‘klasse fiktione’ meeting. A group of artists that do a monthly gathering to talk about stuff. They were talkign a lot about an exhibition they want to do. I did not share all my ideas because I didn’t know if i wanted to. After all the expo talk I was invited to talk about my practice. I spoke for about an hour/hour and a half. I have no clue what they thought or what my practice looks like from the outside to these people. Some seemed appreciative and intrigued, others rather dismissive. I am very contrary to the German tendency I think. In their mind I might be really naive or ignorant or something. If that is the case, I am happily stupid in the way I am. It was a really nice experience anyhow (they are also all very nice don’t misunderstand. I was just projecting here). I also talked a lot about this blog. So maybe one of them reads this ;). After this I biked to a vietnamese place and got dinner with Lilla, it had been a while. Super nice energy as always, I will see her tomorrow. Im a bit nervous for my presentation but nowhere near as nervous as I usually am for expos. So rather chill to be honest.
