Today was another nice day. my sister and parents and me had a ‘goodbye breakfast’ after which saartje and me visited my grandmother and grandfather. We ate there and it was kind of cosy, in recent years it is always funny to visit them. I am not being so serious with them and they really appreciate it in a strange way. After this I passed by home and went to antwerp. I was supposed to meet kiara on the train in ghent but she missed the train ofcourse so i waited for her in the station. We got on the train together and talked for the whole ride. I visited her new house and her studio. Sometimes being with her is really chaotic and confusing. This was one of those times. Afterwards I went to the gallery where lynn was showing work and I was not feeling so good. two days ago i woke up sick and i got the feeling i was pushing myself a bit. Upon arriving there i was bewildered by the luxury and extravagance. Of the crazy design collection it housed, the 40+year old peoples outfits and the extravagant chocolate and cava treys. This bewilderment was very funny to me all of a sudden and i was very social and was having a lot of fun being completely out of place. marianne was also there♥. I gave the shirt to lynn and started photographing her wearing it. A few people started doing the same and it was quite awkward and funny. Later zeger arrived and he was looking even more out of place then i was. It was really nice he was there. I also met a cute turkish girl that seemed fun. I talked with different people before leaving with zeger to catch the train. We walked for a while and parted ways♥.
